Ethan Newman is a senior from Orange County, CA majoring in Business Administration and minoring in Real Estate Development. This past summer, Ethan interned at Kennedy Wilson. The summer before, he interned at ERE Healthcare Real Estate Advisors gaining experience on the brokerage side selling medical office buildings. Additionally, he completed a capital markets internship at Lever Capital Partners during his sophomore year. Outside of school, Ethan loves staying active by playing sports, going out around the city with friends, and trying new restaurants.

Joshua Kim is a senior from Los Angeles, CA pursuing a B.S. in Real Estate Development with a minor in Business Finance. This past summer, Joshua interned with Eastdil Secured in Santa Monica across both their equity and debt capital markets platforms. The previous summer he interned at Sands Investment Group as an Investment Sales Analyst and also took part in Hines’ Skyline Scholar program. He has been involved with Project Destined, having had the opportunity to work with teams Brookfield and CBRE as an intern and subsequently as a Program Manager. Outside of real estate, Josh loves to snowboard, play sports (basketball being his favorite), and travel.

Sarah Halper, a senior from Southern California, is pursuing a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and a minor in Real Estate Development. This past summer, Sarah interned with PGIM's Real Estate Equity team in New York and plans to return after graduation. Her previous experience includes working with The Muller Company doing Investment and Development and interning with Core Spaces in property management. In her free time, Sarah enjoys reading, traveling, hiking, running, and spending time with friends.

Dimitri Vladimir is a junior pursuing a B.S. in Business Administration and a minor in Real Estate Development. This past summer, Dimitri interned at River City Bank in San Francisco, where he gained a better understanding of real estate debt. Previously, he has interned at ERE Healthcare Real Estate Advisors and KPMG. In his free time, Dimitri enjoys playing tennis, exploring, and spending time with friends and family.

Nick Skok is a senior from Chicago majoring in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate Finance. This past summer, he interned at Harrison Street in Chicago where he gained experience on the asset management side working exclusively on alternative assets. Last summer, Nick was a venture capital intern for JUMP Investors. Outside of school, Nick loves playing golf, trying new restaurants, and spending time with friends.

Michelle Bocanegra is a senior from Los Angeles studying Business Administration with an Emphasis in Real Estate Finance. This past summer, Michelle interned at CenterSquare Investment Management as a private equity analyst. Outside of school, Michelle also enjoys baking, trying new restaurants, camping and spending time with friends and family.

Tim Dobbins is a junior from Manhattan Beach, CA majoring in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate Finance. This past summer, he interned for Deutsche Bank under their CMBS team. Previously, he worked at Jamison Properties as an Acquisitions and Development Intern. Outside of the classroom, Tim works at the USC Viterbi IT office and enjoys going to the beach, watching sports, and camping.

Jake Rutsky is a junior from Weston, Connecticut majoring in Business Administration with a minor in Real Estate Development. Over the past summer, Jake interned at April Housing, a Blackstone portfolio company focused on affordable housing. He will continue his professional experience working as a Real Estate Acquisitions Intern at goHomePort in the fall. Outside of the classroom, Jake enjoys playing soccer, traveling, and listening to all genres of music.

Kevin Tian is a junior from the Bay Area currently studying Business Administration and Architecture. This past summer, he interned for Hines on the fund management team and will be at KKR this upcoming summer. In his free time, he enjoys playing sports and watching football.

Autumn Estrella Almanza is a junior at the University of Southern California, majoring in Business Administration with a minor in Real Estate Development and an emphasis in Finance. This past summer, Autumn interned as a Global Corporate Banking Fellow at JPMorgan. Previously, she worked at Rimrock Capital Management as a Commercial Real Estate Intern, Breakthrough San Juan Capistrano as a Website Coordinator, and Ernst & Young as a Research Intern. Outside school, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading, and traveling.

Hampton is a junior at the Marshall School of Business majoring in Business Administration with an emphasis on Finance and minoring in Real Estate Development. He explored his interest in financial policy when interning on Capitol Hill in the United States House of Representatives and more recently has spent the last 2 summers interning in his home state of Alabama with a boutique wealth management firm, H.L. Wiginton Capital. A few of his interests include travelling, snow skiing, golf, wakeboarding, and chess.

Eleni is a junior from Los Angeles majoring in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate Finance. Over the past summer, Eleni interned at Beta Agency, a real estate brokerage, as well as with Lever Capital Partners in the spring. In the upcoming summer, she will be interning at Wells Fargo with their Real Estate Banking Group. Outside of school, Eleni enjoys dancing, baking, camping and spending time with friends and family.

Ben Barkett is a sophomore from Indian Wells, CA majoring Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate Finance. Outside of school, Ben is a scratch golfer, an avid spearfisherman, and a devoted gym-goer.

Emily Lunt is a junior from Phoenix, Arizona currently pursuing a B.S. in Real Estate Development with a minor in Business Law. She had the opportunity to work as a development intern for Alliance Residential’s southwest division this past summer and is excited to begin her capital markets internship with JLL in the fall. Outside of school, Emily is an active member of her sorority, loves to do yoga, go on hikes, and obsess over her dog, Frankie.

Charlie Burkow is a junior from Los Angeles with a double major in Real Estate Development and Communications and a minor in Business Law. His first role at Cityview was on their acquisitions team. Secondly, he interned in a 6 week rotational program at Onni Group, a family owned firm that specializes in Los Angeles multifamily acquisitions. Outside of school and work, Charlie loves staying active and going surfing, skiing, and most of all, playing pickleball with friends.
